Biked today today to give the body a break. Just went an hour on the MCT and I forgot how much I liked biking on it. my knees have started to hurt again a lil bit these past couple of days which isn't the best because they haven't bugged me once for 4ish months. I think it's just all the wear and tear of the season finally getting to me. But i'm definitely going to cross train the rest of the week and we'll see how they are in Monday
